Upgrade entree. Free to business or enterprise

Entree is an amazing SharePoint app to navigate and discover content. But like many things good in life, entree gets better with company. With entree business you can share bookmarks with your colleagues, add and modify interactive widgets, add branding to entree, and much much more.

To upgrade Entree you need to purchase user licences*. Depending on your location the user licences will be provided by your Office 365 supplier, a local reseller or directly from us. Once you register via the upgrade process we will assess what situation applies to you. Within 2 business days you will be contacted by the respective party to proceed.  

There are 3 licence types for entree:

Before you go ahead and upgrade, here a few things to keep in mind:

• Even though you can upgrade to entree business as a 'normal' SharePoint user, this would be a good moment to talk to your SharePoint admin. (S)He will be happy to learn you found a great SharePoint app to make things easier for your colleagues. 
• Privacy by Design: entree is no typical SaaS solution, it completely runs in the browser. NO customer data or user logins are stored in a backend system, everything is stored in SharePoint Lists. #BringYourOwnDatabase privacy. 
• Once installed the licence type is recognised based on the SharePoint URL, no personal registration/login necessary.

To upgrade click on the "upgrade" left, in the bottom of the screen (next to version number). 

This will lead to the following screen: 

Fill in the required fields and click submit. 

Afterwards click on 'page back' to go back to entree free. We will contact you within 2 business days.

*If you install and upgrade the free version to a Business licence before the 4th of July, you will receive 100 business licences for your company, valid for one year (within one Office 365 tenant).
