It looked so simple, yet somehow you do not see the expected result. Despite following the instruction. No worries, it happens to the best of us. Let's have a look what could be the reason for it not to work:
- Are you the site collection administrator? You can verify this via the site settings in your tenant. And if you do not see 'site collection administrator' in this menu, you are not it.
- Is entree installed in a classic SharePoint site collection?
