It may happen that an installation did not go right, despite showing all signs of success. The reason could be a bad internet connection, or a disturbance during the download process. In that case we advice to install the application again:
- First go the site contents.
- In this list delete the Apphub and the Apphubpersonal.
- Go back to the registration process:
- repeat "Rolling out the Entree functionalities" in the installation process in this instruction article: Install entree using the SharePoint app;
- repeat the process from step to at in this instruction article: Install Entree using the loader webpart.
